Daniel Hanf, Associate

Dr. Daniel Hanf earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Oregon State University in 1984. Following graduation, he went directly into racetrack practice at Monmouth Park and has spent more than 30 years working in equine and racetrack medicine. His career has included time at Gulfstream Park and Hawthorne Race Course, where he practiced before joining Equine Veterinary Care.

Dr. Hanf's professional interests include sports medicine, lameness, racetrack medicine, and emergency care. One of the things he enjoys most about equine practice is the opportunity to work with the many different people who are part of the racing industry.

Originally from California, Dr. Hanf enjoys spending his time outside of work with his family and attending sporting events—especially hockey.
